The writers' kitchen. When literature goes to the table
The reader is invited to take a literary walk on the theme of gastronomy in all its forms. This anthology allows us to revisit the great texts of authors such as Brillat-Savarin of course but also other less expected authors such as Baudelaire, Georges Perec or Marguerite Duras. The summary, entitled "Plan de table", respects the course of a meal, from appetizers to dessert, without forgetting the drinks and other spirits that come to embellish the various services and for which the two authors have invited great writers: Proust but also Alphonse Allais or Boris Vian and his famous "pianocktail" crossed in L'écume des jours. A tasty book to be savored without moderation...
